I feel completely happy and content with it Chef.
Naturally it would be unfair to compare it with a made to measure one but it knocks the spots off the (admittedly few) off the rack kilts that I have and has all the feel and comfort of wool as you would expect. I have tracked down some flashes for it - the ones in the picture were the closest match (Cornish National).
I would say that you can't go wrong for the money and it's a Scottish/UK garment that can be worn with pride and hold its own against more expensive kilts.
