Actually the reason I needed the close up picks was so that String can see the colours to pick a yarn for a pair of hose. So I thank all of you very much.

Ah, got it. Thanks for enquiring but I already have the fabric in to Steve at FK. My final measurements are due in a little over two weeks so I am getting close.
Since XMTS is a "contemporary" clan I thought it proper to have a "contemporary" kilt. Granted, the only thing noticeably contemporary on the kilt from Steve is the slash pockets (and they are not that noticeable), but we are talking about a kilt for a "Convicted Kilt Snob"

I am sure it will turn out perfectly. I saw Steve's Xmarks kilt last time I was in Victoria, beautiful kilt.
