Does anybody Know to Make a Scottish Targe?

I'm stating Reenacting and I need a Scottish Targe. I would like to buy one but its a little pricey. So I turn to making one. I was wondering if anyone would have any idea to how to build one.??

You beat me to it. The best thing to do is to always use the search function before you open a new thread. With over 20,000 threads on this groups, odds are that it's been talked about. Sometimes we reopen threads for many years ago. That being said though, don't be afraid to open new threads if you feel the old thread didn't ask exactly what you were intending.
