Thanks so much. I loved Lucy and still do. Wish I could have seen the whole episode. Now that was television worth watching!

Well, I have to admit that, even as a kid, I never liked "I Love Lucy", but I seem to recall this episode. Do I remember correctly that Fred and Ethel were a two-headed dragon?

And I'm being generous with that 1%.
You must be generously rounding up.
I'm still happy to watch an episode of "I Love Lucy" or "Mash" over almost anything on the 200 channels I get now. And don't even get me started on "Dad's Army". I've been known to pull muscles watching the DVD's of that.

Dad's Army regularly gets repeat spots over here but alas the various incarnations of Lucy do not.

Don't tell him, Pike!
I'm wi' you, Chef. I love Dad's Army.
If you really want funny, do a search on youtube for Graham Kennedy's commericals from the 1960s on "In Melbourne Tonight"! There's one involving a particular brand of cat food which will send you to hospital!
