Rather than send it back and have her fix it, I am going to take it to a local tailor to reposition those buckles.
I would highly recommend A Perfect Fit, an alterations shop on Sunshine St, near the Plaza Towers. I take all of my alterations to them.
Grand, BB -- just grand! Can't wait to see it at a St. Andrew's function!
