Our local band, Rosie O'Grady's Highlanders in Orlando, Florida, offers free piping and drumming lessons if you agree to play with the band when you gain proficiency. It's a great deal -- that's how my oldest learned swing tenor and my second- and third-oldest learned the pipes.
