The one I really like is here. But a quick google for Inverness cape or pipe band cloak, or pipers supplies, quickly yeilds things like here or here or here or here.

I have that cape, BTW. It's just fine and is designed for a piper's needs, but will work for anyone.

Ron - Back when I was thinking of getting one, I sent an e-mail to Mr Anthony and he provided me with three US sources. I deleted them, when I decided to not get one, but send an e-mail to Mr Anthony.
