Thanks for the compliment, Grant. I think taking pride in your appearance and conducting yourself like a gentleman is important when wearing a kilt whether wearing it casually or more formally. I always try to leave a good impression whether I'm wearing one of my Amerikilts or one of my 16oz wools from Scotland. It's simply a way of showing respect for the kilt and respect for the people you encounter.
