Do you have your own shop?
Yes, my garage is my workshop, where I've got multiple forges (3 propane 1 coal), grinders, presses, a treadle hammer, and other tools for forging and hot metal work. Anyone who's ever going to be in the area is more than welcome to message me and come visit and I'll let you at some hot metal in my workshop. maybe this weekend I'll actually take photos and update my webpage so that the shop page actually talks about my shop, with images etc. My webpage needs serious work lol.
I did not get to work on the sgian dubh this weekend because of traveling for the holiday, but I did manage to update my web page and actually finish the page for my shop. http://www.tharkis.com/shop.html Has a pretty comprehensive virtual tour of my shop and workspace. Enjoy in the mean time while I find more time to work on this sgian dubh !

That looks great! Is it as big as it looks?
It's not that big, the blade is only 3 inches long + the tang. The graph paper that the last picture was taken on is 1/4" squares and there's a ruler in the picture at the top to give some perspective.
Can't wait to see the finished knife.
