I hope the new managers will be better than the old managers.

I have a few questions before I make an offer. Can the different areas be sublet? Do I receive the rents from any current subletters? And finally, who is responsible for maintenance?

Well, I'd need to inspect the place first. From what I've seen and heard, it seems to be rather rotten at the top, and the sides have a lot of holes in them.

Yeah, but it's still got a good foundation. It just needs some work to bring it back up to standards.

It's important to note that it's "North America" that's for let - a bit larger than just the USA.
