    As one who employs much of the gear that you picture for use with "real-steel" I can't begin to convey how impressed I am with the collaboration on this kilt!

    RKilts should add this copyrighted design to his line and charge a fortune for it.
    I would suggest that a hole for the upper strap for the thigh rig be made. A heavier chunk of steel, brass and lead would need the stability while running.

    Did you ever think of getting one of the small trauma plates for soft body armor to cover the "under sporran" area?

    Did you ever think of getting one of the small trauma plates for soft body armor to cover the "under sporran" area?
    With all the thicknesses of material and a correctly position pocket for stiff foam plus semi-light padding of my sliding shorts, I feel would be enough 'shock mitigation' add the dump pouch 'sporran' which completely covers that vulnerable area might even be overkill. My chest rig of course is a plate carrier, but in paintball you need to know that you've been hit to call yourself out, it's a game of honour and elimination during the game and not to count the splotches at the end of the day.
