I've put in a bid on a house, and the only time the home inspector was first thing Saturday morning.
As much as I prove to Grant the power of the Red Robertson (ie even the waitresses are kilt-checking me, while he stands by, stroking his chicken), I also need to be awake and aware bright and early the next day.
