But the biggest problem was that most of the smaller Scottish manufacturers cannot afford to go to court against these people after their designs are copied becuase they simply cannot afford the legal costs of doing so or have not infact registered trademarks on their designs due to the costs involved.
Why is it that I am not surprised?
