Oh no!!! SNOW!!!!!
A major spring storm rolled through Southern Manitoba yesterday. It was bad enough that they had to close a number of highways.
Over the past few weeks almost all the snow had melted away, then this morning we woke up to this:
While it looks beautiful covering the trees, I could really have done without it. LOL

Woo Hoo. Looks like you got most of it. Hoping there's nothing left by the time it hits Ontario. Mind you my puppy has learned to do his 'business' on the snow bank (less stooping for me). With the warmer weather he's starting to cross his legs trying to find a patch of snow....

And it dropped the temperature here in North Carolina into the 60's. You Canadians can keep that weather up there please!

We had freezing rain until about noon on Friday. Had to scrape about a 1/4 inch of ice off to go to work, a really nasty thin layer to get to a Dr's appointment and then another layer 45 minutes later to get back to work. But, yesterday made up for it. Got up to the 70's

Livingston, we rarely get any of that just north of Denver. It's been windy and cool, but no snow or ice to speak of. At least til this morning, little over an inch, and only sticking on the lawns.
Nothing like what you folks up north have gotten.

I measured the snow depth in a sheltered spot...just over 12". There was somewhat less in the open areas as the wind blew alot of it around. It's already starting to melt, but I expect it to last a few days as it's not going to get much warmer than the freezing point for a few more days.
I just came in from clearing the snow away from our 100-foot driveway. One of my neighbours took pity on me and my shovel and offered the use of his snowblower. I really like the people around here!
