    the Carlisle Cursin' Stane!!! (Cursing Stone)

    The Archbishop of Glasgow put a curse oan the Border Reiver Families in 1525....

    and here is a portion o' the curse carved in a granite stane...

    it is meant tae ward aff those o' us that come frae Scotland's Border's tae reive Carlisle...
