Another good Beer I've come across is Innis & Gunn
Its an Edinburgh ale aged in whisky casks...that is the same casks in which whisky had been aged.

4 Peaks Kilt Lifter is a fantastic beer. I go down to the brewery/pub/resturant all the time for pints. They have seasonal brews as well, and during October and November they have an OUTSTANDING Pumpkin Ale.
