The home page of the New York Times web site changes pretty often, but I just happened upon it when it featured this photo -




which links to an audio slide show of spring fashions seen on the streets of NY. Contained in the show are a couple of photos from the Tartan Day parade (refered to as the "Scottish parade") and a not terribly flattering description of one family as being from Brigadoon.

well, thats a NY fashion reporter for ya...gotta reference a show.

so does this mean that kilts are officially "in fashion" this spring in NY? (not that it'll make a difference in my wearing one)

I wondered that myself. It does seem that the reporter went a little off topic with parades and window displays.
