I would imagine that if people chose to add only "in a kilt" rather than "under a kilt" there would be far less worry about crossing the lines of acceptable content for X Marks the Scot.

In that vein I will offer my own song that I believe sums up many of us:

“I Am What I Am in a Kilt” From the musical La Cage aux Folles

    Cheers

Over the battle - A diamond in the ash
    Of the ultimate combustion-My panache

Changing the rules once the game has started is not cool...

because, "Proud Mary...under a kilt" is a lot cooler than "Proud Mary in kilt" (ccr)

however, "Cowboys From Hell...in a kilt" does sound a bit better than "Cowboys from Hell...under a kilt" (by Pantera)

yet... "Accidents Can Happen...under a kilt" is just as funny as "Accidents Can Happen...in a kilt" (by Sixx A.M.)

    that being said...
"Lips of an Angel...under a kilt" - Hinder

    "Big Bottoms...under a kilt" - Spinal Tap

    "Live Wire...under a kilt" - Motley Crue

"Vampires...under a kilt" - Godsmack (yeah, that would suck)

and..."Living La Vida Loca...under a kilt" -Ricky Martin

    "VooDoo...under a kilt" - Godsmack

    "Goldfinger...under a kilt" - Ertha Kitt

"(Don't Fear) The Reaper...in a kilt" - Blue Oyster Cult (but do under a kilt)
