I was there with azurelupine (nother noobie) a week ago...bought seven yds of a red wool/poly tartan to make a box pleat great kilt...$3.95 a yd!!!...got the box pleats pinned up, just gotta sew em down now

they are having a huge sale on wools for the seasonal changeover, plus they are sitting in the middle of a construction nightmare...i wanted the pendleton silk/wool /lambswool tweed but couldn't afford $16 bux a yd...you should come down and relieve them of some stock, hiker.

You'll have to post some pictures when you're done. I'd like to see a 7Yard box pleat kilt, and see how it looks. One of our members MAC Newsome is infamous (That's more than famous, it's IN Famous, hehehe) for his 4yard box pleat kitls.
