'Carry On Up the Khyber Pass' Plenty of kilts and very funny - If you have not seen it get onto Amazon PDQ.
The 'Eathen in his idleness bows down to wood and stone,
'E don't obey no orders unless they is his own,
He keeps his side arms awful,
And he leaves them all about,
Until up comes the Regiment and kicks the 'Eathen out.

I can think of a few that would be....um....interesting with the addition of kilts!

    The Rundown
    Harry Potter
    Pirates of the Caribbean trilogy
    Matrix triology
    Sweeny Todd
    Da Vinci Code
Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (but don't forget your towel!)
Once Upon a Time in Mexico (of course, this could just be that I want to see Antonio Banderas and Johnny Depp in a kilt)
    Underworld

Ripped my list to bits... now let me say that in Harry Potter 5 (newest one) the bar tender at the hog's head tavern is kilted for just a few seconds but its a kilt for sure!

    what else would I add...
The original series of Star Trek, Montgomery Scott!
hmm, The Next Generation? (Picard of course!)
hmmm, sorry I am a total Trek Junkie, and I don't understand how it happened I didn't even grow up in that time!

    Pulp Fiction
    Clerks
    History Boys
I could use more kilts in the Highlander series
Serenity (and firefly even though it was a TV show) [ I do know that Nathan Fillion is a frequent utilikilt wearer though]
    Boondock Saints

I will have to do some serious thinking for the rest!

Halloween. I would never think of asking for a change in the old one, but a few kilts in the new one certainly couldn't have made it any worse (unless they were used as costumes, that is).
