    They are great!I have used them for years.I think that it is a bit much to call them a kilt(perhaps they are though),think of them as a far superior form of waterproof "trousers".You have much better freedom of movement,better for the all important footwork when mounting the gun,and much better when the "call of nature" arrives and finally they can easily be stowed away in a "poachers pocket" when not in use.The modern ones are now held together with velcro,rather than a buckle.I give them to my shooting pals as a thankyou and they,after the inevitable skirt comments,are converts and will not be parted from them for anything!
