Waxed/oiled cotton hunting kilt?

I wonder if you could put it into a spray bottle and soak the cloth while on a hanger. Since the bottle says do not rinse it sounds like this might work.

Ah, bass pro has everything. I live onlya few miles from the original and largest store. I only go in about once a year though. I'm not much of an outdoorsman, but I do stop in to buy ralpelling gear every once in a while.
