Here's what you do. Look at the file size of the picture.

If it is under 500kb, then you can upload it directly to the photo gallery. There is an upload pictures option and it walks you through it fairly well.

After you upload the picture and you are looking at the page in the gallery, there is an option "view original." click on that and copy/paste the address which will be http bla bla bla.

Paste the address in a post, then put the IMG tags on the address like shown in the FAQ.

Hope that helps. I know it can seem like a lot of steps to go through at first, but I hope it works out for you.
