We're paying the piper at my wedding in the neighborhood of $500. That includes a significant tip though - on the level of 25%. The flip side is that he's my instructor and has never charged me a dime for lessons. He's doing the ceremony and reception, and hopefully he'll stick around for the after party, as a guest.
