			Anyone for D.C.?

So in less than 10 day days I will be arriving in Washington D.C. I will be there for a month and a half. Surely, with this much time we can get some rabble together for a kilt night. I am really open to whenever and where ever as I am not at all familiar with the area. Any suggestions?

I'd be happy to come down and join you guys on a Saturday, if that's what you wind up doing.

					Hi BB,
As I've said in another Kilt Night thread, I'll be in Alexandria on 5/29, but I don't think you'll be there yet. I'll be back in the DC area 7/8-11. You should have your feet under you by then and know a few places to partake. What say ye?

I will be in the area, Frederick, MD, and available from Saturday, May 24, through Saturday, May 31.
I don't know of any Scots or Irish pubs in the area, ersatz or otherwise, but Bethesda, MD, is conveniently on the red line and has many wonderful restaurants.

Well, I will be in DC on 5/29 but I will not be avaliable that day. I will only be in DC until the 7/12 so that is cutting it close but its a possibility. I know that I wont have a means of transportation beyond public transit so I dont know if I would be able to get to Alexandria. . . . . I will no better when I get there.

Galician, Saturdays would be spectacular for me. I will be working through the week so the weekends are the best.

Gilmore, I am arriving in DC on the 29th of May and I really wont know till I get there if I will be avaliable on the 30th or 31st but it is possible. Again, I am also at the mercy of public transit.

I'll stay tuned to this -- I'd be up for it (with the usual wife and kids permitting caveats) sometime after 5/29.

There is the Royal Mile pub in Wheaton, Md, just a few steps from the wheaton station. Also on the Red Line. Towards Glenmont.

Would anyone be interest in getting together on July 5th at the Royal Mile is Wheaton to say hi, goodbye and thanks for his impending service to the country?
I would say lunch about 1 pm.

This assumes that BB can make it.

That being said the 5th works for us.
