Never got that... then again I live in Louisiana where most people if they don't hunt themselves, is friends or relatives with someone who does. I just thought of some protesters who would throw paint on ladies fur coats... Boy, if they did that to my sporran... hmm... well... let's just say that I'd be reaching to my right sock. ;-)

Yes, awesome AND talented. They worked as a team for a number of years putting out sporrans and selling them. I have no idea how many are out there that they sold. I'd like to know if anyone had/has a sporran by Thomas Mungall II--I'd like to see some pictures of their other works... I was little and not paying much attention in the 90's.

Yes, they do hold a lot of meaning. I'm considering only wearing sporrans that my grandparents made... I have six and only one of them is one they didn't make (a generic semi-formal piper-type sporran). *shrugs* I dunno... maybe I'm being silly.
