Whisky don't hurt none either.

A serious suggestion for you sir, is to check out your local health food store for Natra-Bio allergy tablets. They are homeopathic tablets that help me out quite a bit when the allergies get bad. Also, go to your local Walgreens and get a bottle or three of sterile eyewash solution with an eyecup. Wash your eyes really well morning and evening. In between times, keep a washrag handy and wash your face several times a day. It won't completely eliminate the problem, but it makes it much more manageable-and quite a bit less painful.

I feel your pain. Germany did it for me allergy wise. Never had much problem during two assignments to Ft Riley and one at Ft Leavenworth but Germany kicked my backside. We had something around that would leave your car yellow from the pollen each day. Something is doing it periodically here in San Antonio. I use the basic artificial tear drops to keep things irrigated and washed out. They also have me on Zyrtec and Flonase right now. Regular application of beer or whisky will help.

Yup, the mold and pollen count are up here in Illinois also. Have had the dry itchy eyes for a couple of weeks now. The only time it really goes away is when I go backpacking in New Mexico.

That doesn't help. If anything when I have beer and my allergies are bad the beer makes the sinuses worse. It really sucks. This week has been a bad one too. It hasn't stopped my from drinking beer (I pay at night), but one day I will learn.
