    New member to my family

Yesterday my wife and I added a new member to our family. Some of you may remember my postings w/ our Boston Terrier "Mugsy Malone". Well, we bit the bullet and added a younger brother for him to play with. He's a Chocolate Boston Terrier born on April 14, he's 3 lbs. We decided to keep w/ the "gangster names" and named him "Al Capone". Now it's back do dealing with the puppy cries all night long and potty breaks every 2 hours......

    look how small

tuckered out from the trip home.

    and Mugsy (for a refresher)

Put a ticking clock in the puppy's bedding over night. It simulates the mother's beating heart. It worked for my dogs. (Make sure it's not a set alarm clock)

yea, we used that on Mugsy. The lil' guy did real well on for his first night, he only woke up once around 1:30am after having an accident in the cage. He's got a bit of "the runs" due to his deworming shot. Other than that he slept through the night.

We had one when I was growing up. His name was Mug-Wump. Because his mug looked just like his wump. Probably the most athletic dog I've ever known. The little brown guy is awfully cute.
