I think these may just be the sharpest looking casual kilt shoes ever - and you too can own a pair.
The next time you are in the UK with a spare £160 think about adding these to your kollection!

I've always like chunky lug soles on blucher type shoes. I also love the pebbled leather. I'm not sure how I feel about the tongue flap, though.

Kind of reminds me of logger boots with the tops cut off. However, they might be worth a go. They look comfortable and able to stand up to a good walk in the woods.

I like 'em! I just wish they had a more casual-soled shoe too...

$320 seems a bit much for hiking boots with a tassle

Ooooh. I like those. I like the chunky 'Piper' sole on them, too.

Those are pretty nice, but the flap reminds me of old-timey golf shoes.

Wonderful shoes!Hoggs shoes can still be got, thank goodness,at <www.fifecountry.co.uk> Seek out "Hoggs handcrafted shoes".I would personaly recommend the black Carnoustie brogue(leather sole) ,the brown Roxburgh with the commando sole and the hill walking shoes shown at the start of this thread.Expensive? Not as expensive as some shoes and in fact they are some of the cheapest shoes that you can buy, if you consider that I am still wearing their shoes that I bought some 20 years ago.

That color is a perfect match for this buffalo hide I have. Perfect, spot on.
