Kilt or a skirt?

Standard, the over apron goes to the left, instead of the right, and the straps are about 1" wide.

Was wondering about the apron, thought maybe the photo had gotten flipped. I was leaning toward skirt, and should have come right out and said so I suppose. Hope they make it right with you.
