That reminds me of Roughwork from Frontcraft. Roughwork is not as polished as your example, but is supposed to be more of a sketch-stage of the letterforms.

If you're looking for interesting fonts, give the Scriptorium a try! They have great collections of art by 19th century illustrators as well (also often paired with fonts from their handwriting and lettering [cool]), and a super celtic fonts and art collection (slightly more towards on-topic).
