I hope that you are soon 'un seized' and back in action - just be careful on the pain killers, as they can mask the signals to stop moving that you should be getting from the injury.

You really don't want to land yourself with a 'bad back' - I had back pain for years until I happened to stretch my spine in just the right way and there was a clicking and a clunking and it was pulled into alignment again.

Whatever the medics advise, do - and if it isn't getting better, pester - or pay for treatment, anything rather than try to live with it.
