That is Chief Chinnube MacIntosh, double Chief of the MacIntosh clan and of the Creek Nation.

I don't think Chinnubie is a Chief of the McIntoshes, though. His father, Waldo "Dode" McIntosh, was a Creek Chief and visited a clan gathering in Scotland in his native regalia back in the 1960s. I've seen a picture of the visit somewhere.

Chinnubie MacIntosh was also instrumental in the design of the Tulsa tartan, worn by the City of Tulsa Pipes and Drums.

I've met him at the Tulsa and Ft. Smith (Arkansas) games back in the late 90s.

    Regards,

    Todd
