Have fun everyone. A trip from NY is just a bit outside of what I can do for a tasting.

 Doh!
Thank you all for the invite, it sounds like it'll be a lot of fun! Unfortunately, I can't join in, as a quick look around the apartment and a confirmation of the calendar both leave me in deep "oh, doodoo!" territory regarding our fast-approaching move on Monday 7 July.  So, Jamie, Star, Tim, Alan, Mike, the Walkers, and anyone else there that Merideth and I might know, have one for us! 
For anyone interested, we're heading up to Friday Harbor, WA, and while I'm not aware of any stills on the island, there *is* a beer brewer: the San Juan Brewing Co. (Sadly, I'm too late getting up there for this class in small-batch distilling, but maybe I could take it next year... ) One of our criteria in finding a place is making sure there's room for folks to visit, so once we have an address, expect a new thread on the forum.
