May be weird, but apparently not completely uncommon. My USA Kilts semi-traditional is 22" total length from about an inch above my navel to the top of my kneecap. I figure if my legs were in the 'standard' proportion I would be 6'6" instead of 6' and I would need that 24" total length.
Let me agree with Ron. 11 1/2 EEE is hard to find in any shoe in a store. I get most of my shoes online, and even then it is hard to find what I want, style wise.
