Favorite Short Pipe Song?
My favorite pipe short song tune is The Mist Covered Mountains.
The original is beautiful as it is, but when piped....chills down my spine.
What is your favorite pipe short song?

I'd hafta offer up as my favorite to pipe is the two-part 2/4 march O'Donnell Abu'.
The best setting is found in the Royal Irish Rangers outta-print pipe tune book. Played at a proper speed, it's a real knee-slapper.
Slainte yall,
steve

You don't play songs on pipes, you play tunes.
For me, though, it's "The Little Cascade"
Sorry......couldn't find it on pipes........ but this gives you an idea of how it sounds.
The tradition continues!

Ooooh, so many good ones. Right now, I'm obsessing over Raigmore.
