Dinnae wear yur kilt back tae front!

If she's the Scottish one, I give him an "A" for effort. The president of our local Highland Games allowed his son-in-law to show up at the Burns Supper with his kilt turned around while the president was sporting plain black trews. I tipped off the son-in-law before anyone really even noticed though it was a hard thing to miss.

It appears that the kilt is not too high. The waist looks to be worn at the correct place on the torso. Most men would wear a longer length these days, but shorter kilts can be quite comfortable on hot days and for hiking.

As to the sporran, had he been playing the pipes or drums?

Kilt too high, sporran too low: You missed the point: He didn't run his sporran strap through his belt loops and he probably forgot to readjust after a visit to the WC. It's obvious from the height of the socks, that he got the kilt when he was a kid and has almost outgrown it. T-shirt, white knee socks, work boots with a kilt and a leather sporran work for most of the teens at our games.

Cowboy boots: POLISH the boots! Ditch the flashes, pull the socks all the way up, snap the sporran closed and raise it an inch, brush the hat, and ditch the neck ribbon.

You know, just as a side point...
Many have answered my first point that higher boots are okay, but many have crapped on the cowboy. My thoughts, boots okay, but yes, lose the flashes. The most important thing is, he is wearing a good kilt with mostly good fashion sense; just a western flair on it. Hey, us cowboys always modify things to work for us becuase we can't afford to buy alot of new things!

I don't like the towel but it is being worn by a man. Men generally have chest and arm hair. Sometimes it is thick, sometimes it's matted. That's the way nature made us. But hey it's a man...it's not a boy or a woman...what else can you expect? Why does it offend anyone?
    It's not offensive! It's disgusting!

The hat and ribbon are ok in my book.

I'm ok with the outfit, including the boots, but the flashes gotta go.
