    Working on a Kilted Konvert...

Last night I went out to the base pool bar. Didn't play any pool, but we did play darts. Anyway, I took along one of my newbies (as in he is one of my subordinates that just showed up to the boat fresh out of the Nuclear training pipeline, and henceforth known as "my nub"). I, of course, decided it was a perfect time to be kilted (they're rare as of late, since I go EVERYWHERE on my bicycle). He tried to give me some grief about it at first, but I sluffed it off and told him that chicks dig kilts. I guarenteed him that AT LEAST one female talk to me every hour we spent there.
Well... within 15 seconds of walking through the door, there were THREE ladies surrounding me. They asked The Question, of course, and expressed their approval of my kiltedness (and one proclaimed that I have gret legs). My nub's response was "no friggin' way!" I told him it was the kilt... I'm not THAT good looking. So we sit at the bar, order our Guinnesses, and in not more than five minutes since walking through the door, there were THREE more women coming up to me and expressing their approval of the kilt (and my legs again... can't think of why the women think I have such great legs). Nub's response: "This can't be happening."
As the night went on, I was approached about every half hour by a different lady expressing her approval of my kilt and wondering what I had on under it. I maintained that I had on my shoes and socks. There were also a few guys who thought they'd poke some fun at me... but they learned their lesson through seeing the number of women talking to me. One even had himself set straight by one of the women... "only a real man can pull off wearing a kilt... you need not apply."
At the end of the night, I had my nub professing how ready he was to get a kilt. And another one sees the light!!

    I love my kilts!

Excellent story! I have yet to go to a bar kilted, but I'm pretty positive my girlfriend wouldn't like it if I went without her for this very reason.

Kilts are for SURE the very best bait/lure when trolling for women.
