Salutations from Melbourne
Greetings and Salutations one and all,
Thought I'd introduce myself. I found this forum via the Brassgoggles Steampunk forum -_Q
I do not have a kilt as yet, though I am intending on acquiring or perhaps even making one before years end. I love the idea of wearing a kilt as every day wear.
When I came across this site, I couldn't resist joining!

Pull up a keyboard and stay awhile... You never know what you might learn.
"A veteran, whether active duty, retired, national guard or reserve, is someone who, at one point in his life, wrote a blank check made payable to "The United States of America", for an amount of "up to and including my life." That is honor, and there are way too many people in this country who no longer understand it." anon

Hello and a warm Celtic from Boston, Massachusetts U.S.A.
Here you will find a treasure trove of kilt information. Should you decide to make your own, check out the D.I.Y. forum for Alan H's X-Kilt instructions, or Barb T's book The Art of Kiltmaking .
Dedicate a keyboard and monitor here for a while, and remember the search engine is your friend.
