I agree that Stillwater would be a good pick if you wan't a cheap and very well made kilt. Also, Sport Kilt makes a durable and well priced kilt, and both sites offer good value accessories, but yeah, check them both out. And also look around at other sites, keep your options open, for there are many good kilts out there at a good price!
