As always, Glen, you wear your ensembles well and with confidence but, for me (and this is just me) the diced hose are too militaristic - fine on you, but I could not wear them.
Deep in my collection of archived accessories, is a pair of green/white diced hose that I used to wear back in the 1960s for dance displays and demonstrations before I had my first pair of tartan hose - I also wore a green montrose doublet at that time, so there was some co-ordination going on! I would not wear them now though.
