I think the guy in the ladies' mini kilted skirt and shorts needs to be taken to one side.
Even wearing a proper kilt backwards is better than that! Aaaaaargh!

In that picture I don't think his socks are too low. Do you mean he should pull them all the way to the knee? I find that would look ridiculous, as there'd be not much space at all between hose and kilt.

That is the 78th Highlanders from Halifax, Nova Scotia, who work for Parks Canada at Citidel Hill do the reenactment there. They do an awesome job, and are one of the best I have seen.

Been working out for several years now on Dr.'s orders. No bulk added to my calves either. Some body types never do bulk up like the people you see in the ads. (professional body builders/models. Just keep in shape, and be thankful for good health! Now lets get back to what wrong with this picture
