There are several kilt makers on our forum who work with Poly Viscose to make kilts. Rocky and Pete (MacHummel) for instance are both very experienced in making kilts from PV and would be well worth sending a PM to.

FYI: The PV material works pretty well for a knife pleated kilt, the material is probably too light to work well for a box-pleated kilt.
