I'm sure if enough people are interested in a USA Kilt or Candian Casual Kilt (or other Kiltmaker) Steve can just send one large length to them for multiple orders and save himselve the bother of cutting out separate lengths.
Cheers

What he said! Hmm, I'd better get some PV to practice with.

I would like you all to fully understand that I am simply the single source for X Marks Stuff. Rocky, McHummel or any kiltmaker is encouraged to order as much fabric as they think they will need. The price may be slightly higher but that is only because we have to ship it twice.
The reason we do this is just to keep a bit of control on those items which bear the affiliation with X Marks. We are simply trying to keep the world from being flooded with X Marks mouse pads, coffee cups, and tea cosyies.
We hope that by having a single source there will not be two or three different X Marks Badges, or shirts. If you see an X Marks Cap Badge it will be the same Badge that you are wearing. And will have cost the exact same as what you paid.
We also want to insure that everyone has equal access to the same product. There is no official Kiltmaker to X Marks.
Believe me when I say if anyone else wishes to take over being "The Official Keeper of the Stuff" they are welcome to it. (I'd probably pay someone my entire 35 cent salary just to take it)

I can't afford wool, so I voted for the p/v. Though, if you did a run in wool, I might be able to get my mom to buy some and make me a kilt.

I voted for 16 oz wool---just like the weight and feel of a real tank.

Steve... check your PM.
If it DOES get done in PV, I think we can work something out where USAK would charge a "labor fee" and Steve would charge the material fee. I'd also like to hear what MacHummel (or any OTHER active kiltmaker / member who wants to work with PV) has to say since he's another kiltmaker who uses PV and is active up here.

I'm retired and don't do much. I'd be happy to be "The Official Keeper of the Stuff", I would see it as contributing to this awesome community. If someone would kindly train me in what to do I'd gladly take over.

ardchoille,
You are kind to offer your services, but...
Steve!
Remember how much you enjoy doing this!
By the by, Colin and I really want to revist the idea of XMTS rugby shirts...
Cheers
