    I thought the same myself until I went for a fairly long (6 miles) and hot (sweaty) hike. Found areas rubbing that I didn't notice before.

    Also, I'll second (third?) the need for a hat (and sunscreen) and staying hydrated. The humidity is almost nonexistent here, so you won't always feel like you are sweating (it evaporates too quickly), thus you don't realize how much water you are losing.

    I've never used Astroglide, but everyone here recommends it.
    I use corn starch and that works really well.

    It's REALLY not Astroglide. Look up Astroglide if you don't believe me.

    The vacation went GREAT! The hiking kilted was perfect, what a great way to go! I caused a bit of a stir though, a lot of eye catching and curious people.... funny actually... Most thought " wow what a great idea!" Temp was not bad around 80 degrees, sunny and LOTS of water!! All around a fantastic day![IMG][/IMG]
