    ditto what all the others have said. Of course, the best accessory one could have is the aircraft kilt pin behind you!

    You look great, Alex. Keep the belt - the day might warm up and you'll need it if you remove the sweater.

    You look fine to me, Alex, but I know where you are coming from. When I wear an Aran sweater, or any other sweater, with the kilt, I always feel that something is wrong. Whilst it is perfectly acceptable, the visual balance can be thrown, making the torso look abnormally long in relation to the legs. Somehow, wearing a visible belt keeps everything in proportion.

    That being said, you look good to me and, if you are comfortable with it, go for it.
