Kilted at Falcon Ridge Folk Festival

Greetings all!

I just got back from an incredible weekend at the Falcon Ridge Folk Festival in upstate New York, having spent most of the weekend kilted! What a great experience - lots of 'kilties' there, many in Utilikilts, a few in tartan, with a variety of casual looks. Sorry, didn't bring a camera so have no pics. I got a ticket at the last minute so didn't think to pre-connect - did anyone else from here go?

Got nothing but positive comments, and those literally by the dozen! It was, all in all, a wonderful experience with a wonderful group of people. The only downside was a group of powerful thunderstorms that rolled through from time to time, eventually shutting down the festival yesterday afternoon. (There are videos on youtube for those who are interested.)

Now, to dry out the kilt, the tent, the sleeping bag, the boots. . . .
