Thank you McMurdo. I had just been looking at a post in this thread talking about using two different styles of waistcoat in combination with two colors of jackets... I was trying to get all the buttons to add up. 
I guess someone needs to invent interchangeable buttons.
I tried to ask my inner curmudgeon before posting, but he sprayed me with the garden hose…
