    The "Pan"

My two sons came out for visits during the summer to hike, relax and fly fish. We headed out for the Frying Pan river in the White River National Forest and had a grand time. Unfortunately, every time we landed a trout, except for once, I forgot to take the camera out of my fly vest because I was the only one with a net. The fishing was spectacular, all fat Rainbows and Browns. The area we went to is called "The Seven Castles" and there are times when I stop fishing just to take in the scenery. The can't wait for the next time out on the water.

    Kilted on the Pan

    Cessna
I know, and I appologize. Earlier in their visit I went kilted, wore it on the river and got it wet. Then made the mistake of hanging it up in the closet and when the smell hit us, we almost died. In order to wade kilted I'd have to hike it up to my armpits. I promise some kilted fly fishing shots before the end of the summer.

Until they invent kilt waders, fishermen are stuck with bifurcates.
