I've seen one piper at either a Dining In or a Dining Out and that was in Baghdad. Unfortunately, the piper wasn't very good. They had a really good piper at the AMEDD Regimental Ball in Heidelberg GE in 05. Looks like you kept them happy.

I think you posted the wrong picture. I don't see you, or a kilt, only some people that I wouldn't mind working for. They would make going to work a lot easier.
